1- The handing over the keys happens to the address written to
the recto. 2- The hour for the arrival is between 3.30 am and 6.00 pm. In
case of late arrival, the tenant must give the renter notice of this delay
in order to fix an other appointment for the handing over the keys which
may be postponed to the next opening of the offices. 3- The tenant undertakes to take possession of the lodging the
day planned in the contract and to pay every sum planned under this contract.
If the tenant doesn't pay, the renter can immediately rent again the lodging. 4- The household linen (sheets, towels, and dishcloths) must be
brought by the tenant, who undertakes to use the bedding only with adapted
linen in order to keep the mattresses clean. 5- The swimming pools are generally opened from the 15.06 to the
15.09. 6- The tenant undertakes to look after decently the lodging and
to give it back clean at the time of the departure. The price for the
housework doesn't include the washing of the dish, dishwasher, hot plates,
oven, fridge and other electric household appliances : these have to be
returned clean otherwise the tenant will have to pay for a supplement. 7- The animals are allowed after the agreement of the renter (supplement
10 € per week). 8- The lodging can only be taken by the number of people stipulated
in the contract. In the case of an occupancy with a superior number of
people, the renter can require a compensation proportionally to the number
of people for the concerned period. In addition, every people no situated
in the contract will have to leave the lodging immediately. 9- The tenant undertakes, if there is any failure or breakdown,
to make every endeavour to help for the repairing, with a view to limit
the potential damages. 10- The renter can't be considered as the responsible for the failures
or breakdowns in the lodging. He will make every endeavour to cure them
in the best delay. 11- The tenant will be considered as the responsible in case of
damages occasioned by himself a third person during his stay and will
have to pay for the repairing. 12- The tenant undertakes to respect the rules of the residence. 13- In case of the loss of a key, every lock will have to be replaced.
The fees will be charged by the tenant. 14- The contract can only be broken by written. In case of breaking
because of the tenant, the renter will be paid of compensation :
a) Until 61 days before the rental : 20 % of the price ;
b) Until 35 days before the rental : 50 % of the price ;
c) Until 10 days before the rental : 80 % of the price ;
d) Less than 10 days before the rental : 95 % of the price.
In addition of the compensation, the tenant will have to pay 3% for the
price for the vacation insurance. 15- If the tenant doesn't take possession of the lodging without
having asked for the breaking of the contract, he is nevertheless indebted
to the renter for the totality of the rental. 16- For your own security, we propose you an vacation insurance
which will take charge of the sums in case of justified annulment. You
will find the conditions of this insurance in the enclosures. 17- Out of season, and for monthly rentals, the electricity is
invoiced in addition of the price of the rental (the price is available
at the agency). 18- The rental contract comes into effect only after the payment
of the instalment and written confirmation with a contract number. 19- Every claim about this contract will have to be lodged by written
document and will be acceptable only 8 days after the end of the stay. 20- In case of litigation, only the tribunals located in the renter's
jurisdiction will be competent. 21- Most of our lodgings are close to nature, so you may meet spiders,
ants, flies, or others similar insects. Their quantity varies in accordance
with the climatic conditions. The renter can't be considered as responsible
of that.
